2025 Regional Fine Art Show

The Lincoln Gallery and Thompson Valley Art League invite submissions for the 2025 Regional Fine Art Show. The exhibition runs September 12 through October 2, 2025, with an opening reception and awards presentation on September 12 at 6:00 p.m. (awards presentation at 6:30 p.m.). The show is open to artists living in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, KS, ND, NE, NM, NV, MT, OR, SD, TX, UT, WY, and WA. Cash awards for Best of Show and 1st and 2nd place will be awarded in each of six categories: Oil, Mixed Media, Pastel/Drawing, Watercolor, 3-D/Sculpture, and Acrylic.

Entry fee is $45.00 (includes 2 entries), with an additional $10.00 media fee per entry over the minimum. Submit 2-5 images online through CaFE by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on July 16, 2025. Artists will be notified of jury decisions by July 25, 2025. The juror is Ryan Fox, a signature member of the American Watercolor Society. Work must be original art and cannot be AI-generated. Entries previously accepted in Lincoln Gallery or Thompson Valley Art League shows are not permitted.

Flat work (including frame) cannot exceed 75 inches in linear measurement and must be wired for hanging; weight limit is 25 lbs. Three-dimensional art cannot exceed 36 inches in any dimension and must weigh no more than 50 lbs. Gallery-wrapped paintings are acceptable if all sides are painted with no visible staples. Artists may enter multiple categories but total entries cannot exceed 5. All accepted works must be for sale and remain on display for the duration of the show. The gallery retains a 35% commission on sales. Hand delivery is available September 5-6 (noon-3 p.m.) or shipping window is August 25-September 3. Unsold work will be returned after October 2; hand-delivered pieces may be picked up October 3-4 (noon-3 p.m.), and shipped work will be returned by October 9.
