A reception and awards presentation is scheduled for November 10, 2025 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Awards include Gold Medal ($1,500), Silver Medal ($1,200), and Bronze Medal ($1,000), with additional awards totaling more than $15,000 in cash, gift certificates, and merchandise. Special prizes include an Artists' Choice award determined by online votes from BWS members and exhibition applicants, and an Easter Egg prize for the most popular hidden object in a painting.
