About This Call
The Tubac Center of the Arts Members' Open Exhibit is the first exhibition of the 2025-2026 season featuring artwork from TCA member/artists. This exhibition is open only to current TCA artist members. Non-member submissions will be disqualified without refund.
Each member may submit one original 2D or 3D artwork. Artwork size is limited to a maximum width of 36" and no more than 72" high. Giclee or other reproduction methods are not permitted. Digital photography submissions must be 1 of 1 and must be stated on the work. The entry fee is $28 (nonrefundable). Submissions close on July 18, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. MDT or upon receipt of 120 entries, whichever comes first. All work must be for sale; TCA retains a 40% commission.
Awards will be selected by judge Cyndy Padilla and presented at the Opening Reception on Friday, August 15, 2025, 5-7pm. Awards include: Best of Show ($300), Award of Excellence ($200), Award of Merit ($100), and two Honorable Mentions ($50 each). Award winners will receive a group show in the Studio Gallery from November 14 through December 27, 2025. The exhibition runs through Saturday, September 28, 2025. Artists are responsible for shipping artwork to and from TCA and must provide prepaid return shipping labels. Artwork not picked up by Monday, September 29, 2025, or not arranged for return within 30 days of closing becomes the sole property of TCA.
