2025 Members and Associates Online Show

This online exhibition showcases the professional artistic talents of CLWAC Members and Associates. Only Members and Associates in good standing over the age of 18 are eligible to enter. You must be a current or new paid associate member prior to entering; membership is available at clwac.org/become-a-member.

Eligible media includes Oil/Acrylics, Water Media, and Graphics/Mixed Media. Work done in a classroom or workshop, giclees, photography, computer-generated images, crafts, and work derived from published photographs are not eligible. Work previously shown in the Members' Show will not be accepted, though work shown in the CLWAC Annual Juried show is acceptable. A maximum of 2 works may be submitted with no size limit. Entry fees are: Juried Members $25 for 1 submission or $35 for 2 submissions; Associates $35 for 1 submission or $45 for 2 submissions.

All entries must be submitted online through ShowSubmit.com by April 21, 2025. No paper entries, email submissions, or late entries are allowed. Submit original high-quality JPEG files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Images must show only the artwork itself with no visible matting, frames, or background. Ensure images are oriented correctly and use the sRGB color profile. Entry fees are non-refundable. After submission and payment, you may log back in to review, edit, and add or substitute images until the entry deadline. Acceptance into the exhibit is not guaranteed.
