About This Call

The 2025 LGAA Annual Members' Juried Show is open to all LGAA members, 18 years or older, whose dues are current. Entry fees are $40 for the first entry and $10 per additional entry, with a maximum of five entries total. Up to 2 entries per artist may be accepted.

All types of mediums in 2D and 3D are accepted, including painting (oil, acrylic, water media, pastel, egg tempera, encaustic, mixed mediums), digital work (photography, video, digital prints), drawing (Conte crayon, colored pencil, graphite, pen & ink, scratchboard), sculpture (string, cast metal, fabricated metal, stone, glass, wood, and fired permanent mediums such as terra cotta, stoneware, porcelain, earthenware), wearable art, jewelry, functional ceramics, crafts, and installations. All art must be original in concept, created in the last three years, and not previously shown in a LGAA show. Wearable art based on copyright-protected sources used without permission, nudes, and art depicting war, violence, or other adult themes are not accepted.

For 2D work: minimum size 12" x 12" (without frame and mat), maximum 40" in any direction (including frame), maximum weight 20 lbs. No glass is allowed (plexi only). Canvas or board is acceptable with clean edges or painted edges and no visible staples. Wire must be in good condition, taut, and taped, with only D-rings for hanging. No protruding eye hooks, saw tooth hangers, or pressure spring clips are permitted. For 3D work: maximum size 3'x3'x8' feet (72 cubic feet) including pedestal, maximum weight 75 lbs. The piece must be self-contained, and the artist must provide the pedestal. Submit original high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Images should be cropped to show only the artwork with no visible matting, frames, or background. All insurance is the responsibility of the artist. Entry deadline is January 13, 2026.
