2025 International Juried Exhibition

The Center for Contemporary Art invites artists age 18 and older to submit work for the 2025 International Juried Exhibition, running January 24 – March 16, 2025. The exhibition will consist of two- and three-dimensional work in all media. Juror Erin Woodbrey, a New England-based interdisciplinary artist, will select works for inclusion.

Awards include a Special Exhibitions Committee Award (up to three artists selected for solo exhibitions at The Center in 2026), First Prize ($500), Second Prize ($250), and Third Prize ($100). Entry fee is $40 for up to three entries, or $30 for Members of The Center for Contemporary Art and Art Educators. Artists from developing countries or areas experiencing conflict may request an entry fee waiver by emailing [email protected]. Entry fees are non-refundable and support exhibition expenses and the galleries at this non-profit organization serving artists for more than 53 years.

Submit up to three JPG digital images (1200 pixels or greater on longest side, 5 MB maximum) or up to three videos (MOV, MP4, WMV, 3GP, AVI, ASF, MPG, M2T, MKV, M2TS formats, under 100 MB). Include an artist statement and CV/BIO. Wall pieces must be wired for hanging and no larger than 36" X 36" (including framing and mounting). Free-standing pieces may not exceed 32" X 32" X 48" or weigh more than 75 lbs. Submission deadline is November 14, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. MT. Artist notification is December 11, 2024. Artwork delivery/receipt is January 6–13, 2025. Exhibition opening reception is January 24, 2025. Artwork return is March 17–23, 2025 during office hours. All artwork is insured for declared value while on premises through March 23, 2025. The Center receives a 40% commission on all exhibition sales.
