About This Call
The 39th Annual Fine Art Market is scheduled for November 28 - December 14, 2025, held in the Main Gallery at the Arvada Center. The Fine Art Market serves as the AC Galleries' annual fundraiser and provides a unique shopping experience during the holiday season, featuring more than 100 acclaimed Colorado artists working in a variety of media. The Market will be arranged like an exhibition with multiple works by each participating artist on display.
Artists and makers from Colorado representing a variety of fine, decorative, and functional art are eligible to apply. The application process is for artists who have never participated in Art Market or who have not participated in the past two years. Artists who have participated in past Arvada Center Fine Art Markets may be invited to return. The jury fee is $35 (non-refundable), and selected artists will be required to pay an additional $25 participation fee upon acceptance. Limited entrance fee scholarships are available for artists experiencing economic hardship, BIPOC artists, and LGBTQIA+ artists. Email [email protected] to request a scholarship.
Applications must include 5-10 high-resolution digital images of different pieces, with technical information for each image (title, medium/description, size in inches, date created, and sale price). Artists should submit work representing the type they would like to sell. The Arvada Center reserves the right to refuse work that has been misrepresented. Selected artists will be requested to provide enough items to last for a majority of the sale, with examples including 20-25 functional ceramic pieces, 35-40 jewelry items, 20 matted prints, or 6-9 medium-sized paintings. The sale seeks a variety of price points ranging from affordable gifts ($20-$100) to higher-end art/craft ($800-$2000+). Sales will be split 60/40 between the artist and the Arvada Center. Notifications will be emailed by August 15. Artwork drop-off is November 13, with an opening reception on November 28. Unsold artwork pickup is December 18.
