About This Call
The Center for Photographic Art (CPA) invites CPA members to submit work for the 2025 Members' Juried Exhibition. This year the exhibition offers $2,400 in awards and prizes. The exhibition is open to all living photographers worldwide, over the age of 18, working in all still photographic media. There is no theme; any subject matter is eligible. Membership is required to enter.
Entrants may submit 3 to 20 images. The entry fee is $35 for 3 images, with an additional $5 per image for up to 17 additional images. Images must be submitted through the CallForEntry online system by February 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST. Image specifications: 1920 pixels (long dimension) at 72 ppi, AdobeRGB(1998) profile, 8-bit JPEG, maximum 5MB. Each image must be titled; "Untitled" is not allowed. Remove any visible names, titles, or watermarks from image files.
Forty-five images selected by juror Allie Haeusslein will be exhibited in the CPA gallery in Carmel, CA, and featured in an online gallery on the CPA website. Up to an additional forty-five images will be selected for the online gallery only. All selected images will be published in the 2025 Members' Juried Exhibition catalog. Awards include: Best of Show ($1,000), 2nd Place ($500), 3rd Place ($250), five merit awards ($50 each), Jack Wasserbach Award for B&W Photography ($250), and People's Choice Award ($150). Artists will be notified of results via email after February 20, 2025. For gallery-selected artists, artwork must arrive by March 20, 2025. The exhibition runs March 29 - May 4, 2025, with a reception and awards presentation on March 29 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Gallery artwork must be ready-to-hang, not exceed 30 inches on the long side, weigh less than 10 pounds, and be glazed with acrylic Plexiglas only (no glass).
