2025 Annual Online Associate Members' Show

This online exhibition is open to New Jersey residents, 18 years or older, with NJWS Associate Membership 2025 dues paid. Associate Members may submit one painting via the online entry process. Entries must be original works created entirely by the artist in water-based media including watercolor, acrylic, casein, and gouache on paper, Yupo, Aquabord, Claybord, or watercolor board. Collage elements must be made of paper, created by the artist, and constitute less than 10% of the painting. No copies, prints, classwork, workshop creations, computer art, oils, water-soluble oils, textural materials, canvas, or nude paintings will be accepted. Artwork previously shown in any NJWS exhibition will not be accepted.

All entries meeting eligibility criteria will be included in the online virtual gallery and considered for awards: 1st Place - $400, 2nd Place - $300, 3rd Place - $200, and Awards of Merit - $100 each. Submit high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Crop images to show only the artwork without matting, frames, or background. Ensure images are oriented correctly. Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted by the deadline (March 12, 2025). Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline.
