About This Call
The 2025 Annual Juried Student Exhibition is open to all degree-seeking students currently enrolled at Indiana State University. All artworks entered must have been completed while enrolled at ISU and not previously exhibited in The Yang Family University Art Gallery.
Students may submit up to 3 works in any medium including painting, drawing, photography, ceramics, mixed media, video, graphic design, and digital art. Artworks must not exceed 72 inches in any direction. Works on paper or delicate works must be framed behind glass or plexiglass. Works exceeding 36 inches in any direction must be behind plexiglass. Canvas works must be stretched. All works must have hanging devices (wires, d-rings, or French cleats) on the back, except printed digital works mounted on foam-core. Video works must be formatted as 1920x1080px and saved as mp4 files on USB flash drives. All artwork must be labeled on the back with title, year, medium, dimensions, signature, and value.
Selected works must be dropped off February 24-26, 2025 (11am-4pm) at The Yang Family University Art Gallery, Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts, 300 North 7th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47809. The exhibition runs March 17 to April 11, 2025, with a reception and award ceremony on April 3, 2025 (4-6pm reception, 4:30-5:30pm awards ceremony). Notification of acceptance will be sent February 10, 2025. Works must be collected April 14-16, 2025 (11am-4pm); uncollected works become the property of the University Art Galleries. Artists may list works as NFS (Not For Sale) if they do not wish to be eligible for purchase awards and other prizes.
