About This Call
The annual Studio Arts Festival is a one-day shopping event highlighting local artisans and crafters. The event is held entirely outdoors adjacent to the Irvine Fine Arts Center in Heritage Community Park on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine. Exhibitors are juried by application, work in a variety of media, and display a high level of expertise in their field. Outdoor spaces are 10 ft. x 10 ft. with a maximum of two pre-approved exhibitors per space. Exhibitors who would like to share a space should submit one application.
This opportunity is open to local and regional artists ages 18 and older. All items for sale must be original artwork produced by the exhibitor. No imports, manufactured goods, or crafts with copyrighted imagery will be allowed. Vendors keep 100% of their sales. There is no fee to apply. The booth fee is $135, payable by credit card, cash, or check. A convenience fee of $2.50 will be charged for credit transactions and $1.00 for check and cash transactions (both non-refundable). If paying by check, make it payable to City of Irvine for $136.00 and mail to: Irvine Fine Arts Center, Attn: Susie Munger, 14321 Yale Ave., Irvine CA 92604.
Invited exhibitors must acquire a City of Irvine Business License and submit their California Resale Number no later than April 5. Residents of Irvine are required to have an Irvine Business License. Non-Irvine residents can purchase a One-Day Special Event Business License for $23.00. Exhibitors must bring their own tables, chairs, table covers, and canopies with safety weights and have the ability to move their items with minimal to no assistance. Submit 8-10 images of your craft-works and an image of your booth setup in your application. If you do not have a photo of a prior booth setup, you can submit a staged booth or mockup of a proposed setup.
