Dama Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles, part of Gallery Row, a district comprising over 50 distinguished art galleries, museums, theaters, and public art installations. The gallery is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of artistic expression through innovative exhibitions across various media and genres. As one of the few established galleries offering exhibition considerations to non-represented artists, Dama Gallery aims to discover and feature new visionaries and the latest in contemporary art movements.

Accepted artwork includes painting, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, functional, digital, photography, installation, mixed media, and new genres. All artwork must be original and unsold, with the artist owning sole copyright. Frames, mats, and wiring must be professional quality and in good condition. Exhibition lengths vary from 1 to 3 months, with the number of pieces depending on the artist's medium and work sizes. Featured artists are invited to attend receptions, and a selected few may be invited for recorded artist interviews or panel discussions. Artists selected for exhibition will be considered for representation by Dama Gallery, which includes priority consideration for future exhibitions, professional consultation, portfolio assistance, and marketing support.

Entry fee is $35 for 3 images, with additional images at $5 each (maximum 20 images). Submissions must include at least 3 images, biography, and artist statement, along with website and social media accounts. Entries reviewed weekly with selections made throughout the month. Sales are handled through a partnership with Artsy, with Dama Gallery retaining a 50% commission. Sales remittance to artists occurs 5-7 business days post-exhibition and/or upon buyer payment finalization. Artists are responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance of artworks.
