About This Call
The annual Studio Arts Festival is a one-day shopping event highlighting local artisans and crafters. The event is held entirely outdoors adjacent to the Irvine Fine Arts Center in Heritage Community Park on Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine. Exhibitors are juried by application, work in a variety of media, and display a high level of expertise in their field.
Outdoor spaces are 10 ft. x 10 ft. with a maximum of two pre-approved exhibitors per space. Exhibitors who would like to share a space should submit one application. Vendors keep 100% of their sales. This opportunity is open to local and regional artists ages 18 and older. All items for sale must be original artwork produced by the exhibitor; no imports, manufactured goods, or crafts with copyrighted imagery are allowed.
Applications require 8-11 images of craft-works and one image of your booth setup. If you do not have a photo of a prior booth setup, you may submit a staged booth or mockup of a proposed setup. The booth fee is $135 (payable by credit card, cash, or check). A City of Irvine Business License is required; Irvine residents must obtain an Irvine Business License, while non-residents can purchase a One-Day Special Event Business License for $15. All vendors must provide proof of a California Resale Number. The booth fee, business license, and California Resale Number documentation are due no later than April 7. Exhibitors must bring their own tables, chairs, table covers, and canopies with safety weights.
