2023 Regional Fine Art Show

The Lincoln Gallery and Thompson Valley Art League invite artists to submit entries for the 2023 Regional Fine Art Show. The exhibition runs from September 8 through October 5, 2023. The opening reception and awards presentation will be held on September 8 at 6:00 p.m., with the awards presentation at 6:30 p.m.

The show is open to all artists living in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, KS, ND, NE, NM, NV, MT, OR, SD, TX, UT, WY, and WA. Work must be original art in one of six categories: Oil, Mixed Media, Pastel/Drawing, Watercolor, 3-D/Sculpture, or Acrylic. Cash awards for Best of Show and 1st and 2nd place will be awarded in each category. The juror is Cathy Goodale. Entry deadline is July 19, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Entry fee is $45.00 (includes 2 entries), with an additional $10.00 media fee per entry over the minimum. Artists may submit 2-5 images and may enter multiple categories with a maximum of 5 total entries.

Flat work including frame shall not exceed 75 inches in linear measurement and must be wired for hanging, weighing no more than 25 lbs. Three-dimensional art may not exceed 36 inches in any dimension and must weigh no more than 50 lbs. Gallery-wrapped paintings are acceptable with all sides painted or finished and no visible staples. All accepted works must be exhibited for the duration of the show. Artists are responsible for shipping and return costs. The Lincoln Gallery collects a 35% commission on all sales. Hand delivery is accepted September 1-2, noon-4:00 p.m. at 429 North Lincoln Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537. Shipped artwork window is August 22-31. Unsold work pickup is October 6-7, noon-4:00 p.m., or will be shipped out October 9 with prepaid return labels.
