2023 Online Members Exhibition

This is a members-only online exhibition for the Philadelphia Pastel Society. Entry fee is $30 for up to 2 artworks. Applicants must be current members of the Philadelphia Pastel Society.

Artwork requirements: All artwork must have been created in the past 3 years and not previously exhibited in a past PPS exhibition. Accepted artwork must not be exhibited concurrently in another show. All works must be in dry pastel with at least 80% of the finished work in dry pastel. Work must not have been created under teacher supervision, either in a classroom, workshop, or from ZOOM or DVD instruction. All work must be for sale with a 25% commission payable to PPS. Sale prices should reflect framing, shipping, and the 25% commission to PPS. Any change in sale price other than what is declared in submission should be approved by the exhibition committee.

Submission requirements: Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Crop images to include only the artwork itself with no visible matting, frames, or background distractions. Ensure images are oriented correctly. Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline. After submission and payment, you may log back in to review your entry, edit artist and image information, and add or substitute images until the entry deadline.
