About This Call
The Women's Jewelry Association Foundation is offering scholarships for GIA education courses (both online and in-person) for students wishing to advance their careers in jewelry essentials, jewelry design, diamonds, and colored stones. This scholarship is open to BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ applicants to provide access and opportunities to WJA members from underserved and underrepresented communities.
Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must be a WJA member in current standing or join WJA upon receipt of scholarship, identify as a member from an underserved and underrepresented community (including BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+), and use funds for one of four indicated GIA education programs or to register for a course or lab class to finish a current GIA program or degree. All applications must be filled out by applicants themselves, and applicants agree that all information provided is true.
Work Sample Requirements: Up to 3 images or total samples may be submitted.
