2022 Holiday Shop

The BBAC Holiday Shop is a juried show and annual tradition for nearly four decades. The event features Shop & Champagne, a preview party with sparkling beverages and gourmet strolling supper for over 400 enthusiasts, followed by public shopping December 1-20 with free admission. Artwork is displayed professionally, restocked daily to maximize sales, and attracts hundreds of shoppers seeking gift-buying opportunities.

The BBAC seeks fine art and craft in all media suitable for the holiday market, including 2-D media, ceramics, jewelry, glass, fiber, leather, metal, wood, and holiday-themed items such as decorations, ornaments, and greeting cards. All work must be original and handmade by the artist. Commercially manufactured components, commercial patterns, and molds of any type will not be accepted. Artists are juried on their body of work, and artwork is accepted on a consignment basis. The BBAC retains 45% commission on all sales. Historically, items priced between $3.00 and $650.00 sell best, especially items under $100.00. Accepted work must be ready to display, with all wall art requiring proper hanging mechanisms (wire with wrapped ends or D rings; no sawtooth hangers). Jury notification is Friday, September 23, 2022. Entry fee is $15.00. Submit 3-4 images of your work. Proceeds support the BBAC's education and ArtAccess programs.
