2022 Gallery Row Exhibitions | Los Angeles

The Dab Art Co. Main Street Gallery is located in Downtown Los Angeles's historic Arts District and Gallery Row. The gallery features an industrial style with high ceilings and modern layout, and is one of 25 galleries featured on the Downtown Los Angeles Art Walk. The gallery's program focuses on exhibiting contemporary artists through conceptual group shows and solo exhibitions.

Online exhibitions vary from 3 to 6 months, with a minimum of one solo exhibition selected per month. Gallery exhibition lengths may vary from 4 to 12 weeks. The number of pieces varies depending on the artist's medium and the sizes and shapes of selected work. Featured artists are invited and encouraged to personally attend receptions. A selected few may be invited for a recorded artist interview and/or panel discussion about their exhibit. Artists selected for exhibition will also be considered for Dab Art Co. gallery representation, which includes priority consideration for exhibitions, ongoing professional consultation and portfolio assistance, marketing and promotional assistance in selected publications, online market inventory and website profile.

Entry fee is $35 for 3 images, with additional images at $5 per image (maximum 20 images). An optional video consultation with the gallery director is available for $100. Submissions must include at least 3 images, a biography and/or artist statement, artist website link, and links to at least 1 social media platform. All work must be original, unsold work with the artist owning sole copyright. Accepted artwork includes painting, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, functional, digital, photography, installation, mixed media and new genres. Gallery retains a 50% commission on all exhibition sales. Notifications are generally sent via email within 2 weeks after the close of each calendar month. Artists placed on the waitlist will be featured in at least one exhibition (online or in gallery) within the calendar year.
