2022 Evendale Fine Art Exhibit

This exhibit is open to artists 21 and older living or working within a 50 mile radius of Evendale, OH (10500 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45241). All fine art disciplines are encouraged for submission. Eligible media include paintings (oils, acrylic, watercolor, and pastels), sketches, etchings, and sculpture. Photography, manipulated photography, digital media, painted giclee prints, and reproductions are not permitted. All artwork must be original and created from conception to completion by the artist. Work copied from other artists' work, published photos, or photos taken by someone other than the artist will not be accepted. Artwork will be evaluated for appropriateness as this is held in a family recreation center.

A maximum of five pieces of art can be submitted; up to three can be accepted. Digital images must be submitted via CallforEntry.org for jury consideration. Entry fees placed before the Early Bird deadline of March 4 are $20 for the first piece and $5 for each additional piece. Fees placed after March 4 are $35 for the first piece and $15 for each additional piece. The final deadline is March 11. Evendale residents who complete submission by the Early Bird deadline are free of charge and must email [email protected] for a coupon code. Fees can be paid directly at the website or by mailing a check to Village of Evendale, 10500 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45241.

Accepted artists will be notified by email on March 18. Artwork must be hand-delivered to the Evendale Recreation Center on April 26 (4-6 pm) or April 27 (10 am-1 pm). The exhibition runs April 29-May 2 at the Evendale Recreation Center. Artwork pickup is May 2 (6-7:30 pm) or May 3 (9:30-11:30 am). Accepted artwork must remain on exhibit for the duration of the show. The Village of Evendale takes a 10% processing fee for works sold via credit card and no commission on direct sales. Awards include Best in Show ($500 and one-person show), 2nd Place ($350), 3rd Place ($200), and three Honorable Mention Awards ($75 each).
