2022 BJU Art + Design Alumni Show

This is an open call to all Bob Jones University Art + Design Alumni, including graduates from Studio Art, Graphic Design, Interior Architecture, Fashion Design, Art Education, Visual Studies, and Art Minors. There is no entry fee when using code "Connect22"; otherwise a $20 donation supports exhibition expenses.

Artists may submit up to three original works created post-graduation and within the last five years that have not been previously shown at the Sargent Art Building. Works may be in any media including painting, drawing, sculpture, pottery, photography, fibers, printmaking, wood, or high-quality graphics reproduction. Digital submissions must be JPEG format with dimensions no less than 1200 pixels on the longest side and no greater than 5MB. All works must be professionally framed with secure wiring approximately 3 inches from the top edge, or gallery wrapped canvas is acceptable. Three-dimensional work must sit solidly on a flat surface or be properly mounted for hanging. Entries must fit through a standard doorway and be manageable by one person.

Artworks will be offered for sale at a price set by the artist, with a 25% commission fee deducted from the sales price. Artists may designate work as "not for sale." The application period is June 1 - September 2, 2022. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email on September 9. Exhibition dates are October 7 - November 8, 2022. Work delivery is September 12-30, with pickup available November 4-18. After November 18, unclaimed work becomes the property of Bob Jones University Division of Art + Design.
