About This Call
Any UMD student who has had an art or design class in calendar year 2020 or 2021 may enter. You need not be an Art & Design major. Studio artist Ricky Allman and designer Julia Zeltser will jury this year's exhibition.
Submissions are accepted online. Only awarded art and design work will be submitted in person at the Tweed Museum of Art. You may enter up to four individual works, and collaborations are welcome. Faculty approval is not required before submission, though you may seek faculty help selecting works or advice on presentation and framing. All accepted works are eligible for awards and purchase awards.
Work sample requirements: Submit 1-4 total samples, which may include up to 4 images and up to 2 videos. Exhibition dates: April 6 - May 2, 2021.
