About This Call
This virtual exhibition invites juried artists from RFAS's 2018, 2019, and 2020 exhibitions to participate. Artists may submit one original work each that was completed in the last two years. Artworks previously selected for RFAS exhibitions are not eligible. There is no entry fee, and artists retain 100% of sales proceeds. The exhibition will be viewable on the RFAS website and the Lingar app from April 17 through July 17, 2021.
Submissions are open February 8 through March 31, 2021 at 12:00 midnight via CaFÉ. Work samples must include 1-6 images at minimum 300 dpi and 600 pixels on the shortest side, with optional audio (.m4a) and video (.mp4) files limited to 3 minutes each. For 3D artwork, artists may submit four images showing different views. All images should be cropped to show only the artwork without framing or empty space.
The exhibition will display the artist's name, artwork title, dimensions, media, purchase price, artist statement (up to 300 words combined with biographical information), and optional audio/video files. Biographical information should be written in third person and may include artist background, training, awards, and up to six representing galleries. For technical questions about CaFÉ submissions, contact [email protected]. For other questions, contact [email protected].
