2021 Members' Juried Exhibition

The Center for Contemporary Art is accepting entries for its annual Members' Juried Exhibition. Artists selected must be current members of The Center or join before participating in the exhibition.

Entry fees are $25.00 for Individual, Dual/Family, Senior & Young Adult Members, and $15.00 for Supporter, Contributor, Sustainer, Patron & Benefactor Members. Submit up to three JPEG/JPG digital images (1200 pixels or greater on the longest side, 5 MB maximum file size). Entry must be original artwork, wired, and ready to hang. Maximum framed size is 30" horizontally and vertically. 3D pieces may not exceed 18" x 18" x 18" high or weigh more than 25 lbs. Work previously exhibited at The Center may not be submitted. Accepted work cannot be substituted and must be available for the duration of the exhibition.

The juror is Mary Birmingham, Curator at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey. Awards include a Solo Exhibition at The Center for Contemporary Art and a Best of Show Award ($150), plus Honorable Mentions. All artwork is insured for its declared value from receipt through December 18, 2021 while on premises. The Center receives a 30% commission on all exhibition sales. Artwork may be hand-delivered and picked up from The Center on scheduled dates, or shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at the artist's expense. Artists are responsible for insuring artwork during transit and must include a return shipping label and return postage.
