2021 Evendale Fine Art Exhibit

This exhibit is open to artists 21 and older living or working within a 50 mile radius of Evendale, OH. All fine art disciplines are encouraged, including paintings (oils, acrylic, watercolor, and pastels), sketches, etchings, and sculpture. Photography, manipulated photography, digital media, painted giclee prints, and reproductions are not permitted. All artwork must be original and created from conception to completion by the artist. Work copied from other artists' work, published photos, or photos taken by someone other than the artist will not be accepted. Artwork will be evaluated for appropriateness as the exhibit is held in a family recreation center.

A maximum of five pieces can be submitted; up to three can be accepted. Entry fees are $30 for the first piece and $10 for each additional piece (Early Bird deadline March 2: $20 for first piece, $5 for each additional). Evendale residents who complete submission by the Early Bird deadline are free of charge. Digital images must be submitted via CallforEntry.org. Accepted artwork must be hand-delivered during scheduled times (April 27-28). The exhibition runs May 1-4 at the Evendale Recreation Center.

Awards include Best in Show ($500 and a one-person show at ECAC), 2nd Place ($350), 3rd Place ($200), and three Honorable Mention Awards ($50 each). Artwork must be appropriately framed or museum wrapped canvas, wired for hanging, and weigh less than 20 pounds (maximum 36 x 36 inches without special approval).
