2020 Photography Exhibition

Las Laguna Gallery invites photographers working in all photographic mediums to submit images for consideration in the 2020 Photography Exhibition. The theme is open, and all subject matter is acceptable. Works in color or black and white are welcome, including all types of photography mediums such as iPhone, Polaroid, and digital prints on any medium. All fine art, contemporary, and modern works will be considered. Local, national, and international artists—both professional and amateur—are eligible to submit.

Entry fee is $31 for one image, with an additional $2 per image. Artists may submit between 2 and 20 total samples, including up to 20 images and up to 6 videos. All 2-dimensional entries must be framed with glass or plexiglass, or submitted as unframed canvas wrap prints. Prints on metal or plexiglas without frames are acceptable. Frames and canvases must be wired and ready to hang with two eye screws and steel wire. Artwork and frames must be free of scuffs and scratches. Saw-tooth hangers, clip frames, and unstable frames will not be accepted. No work requiring special installation or instructions will be accepted. Vulgar, pornographic, or profane images will be disqualified.

Submission deadline is November 8, 2020. Artist notification will be sent November 14, 2020. Art delivery is between November 26 and December 1, 2020. The artist reception is December 3, 2020, and the exhibition runs December 3 to December 31, 2020. All artists who submit will have at least one of their works posted on the gallery website and promoted on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media. A select number of artists will have their work displayed in the gallery's in-person exhibition.
