2020 Loveland Art Studio Tour

The Loveland Art Studio Tour is a city-wide, self-guided, walking/driving tour of artists' studios, galleries, and collaborations. The tour offers artists the opportunity to build their customer base by demonstrating their skills, educating visitors, and welcoming collectors and patrons into their studios and collaborative locations.

The event takes place over two weekends in October: Saturday and Sunday, October 10-11 and October 17-18, with hours 10am-5pm Saturday and noon-4pm Sunday. All applications go through a jurying process. Notification of application status will be provided by phone or email by June 6, 2020.

Participating artists receive website listing with links to their artist website, regional event promotion through print and digital ads, articles, and social media, 8,000 copies of a full-color guidebook with artist thumbnails and location map distributed throughout Loveland and the Front Range region, a preview piece displayed in the Loveland Museum Foote Gallery, and coverage on the tour's website and Facebook page. An artists' reception is scheduled for Thursday, September 17 from 5pm-7pm at the Loveland Museum/Gallery. Guidebooks will be available for distribution no later than the artist reception.

Artist participation fee is $175 if paid by June 15, 2020, or $225 if paid after June 15. Gallery participation fee is $425 if paid by June 15, 2020, or $475 if paid after June 15. A $25 non-refundable application fee is required. Payment must be received by June 22, 2020 to participate. Artists are required to have all necessary licenses for sales and pay applicable taxes. Personal liability insurance is recommended. Locations must be safe with adequate lighting, handrails on stairs, and parking available within reasonable distance. Artists must pick up, place, and return directional signs provided by the event (with a $15 refundable deposit).
