2019 Regional Fine Art Show

The Lincoln Gallery and Thompson Valley Art League invite submissions for the 2019 Regional Fine Art Show. The exhibition runs from September 6 through October 4, 2019, with an Artists' Reception and Awards Presentation on September 13 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Lincoln Gallery, 429 North Lincoln Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537.

Eligibility is open to artists living in Colorado and its contiguous states (Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, and Nevada). Work must be original art produced within the last 3 years and submitted in one of six categories: Oil, Mixed Media & Acrylic, Pastel/Drawing, Watercolor, 3-D/Sculpture, or Photography (including digital media). Work previously accepted or awarded by Lincoln Gallery or Thompson Valley Art League shows is not permitted. The jury reserves the right to disqualify work considered in poor taste, inappropriate, or not meeting stated qualifications.

Entry fee is $45 (includes up to 3 entries); additional entries are $10 each for a maximum of 6 total entries. Submissions must include 3-6 images. Juror is artist Patti Andre. Cash awards will be presented for Best of Show, First Place & Artistic Excellence in each category, plus a People's Choice award. All accepted work must be for sale; the gallery collects a 35% commission on sales. Flat work (including frame) may not exceed 75 inches linear measurement and must be wired for hanging and weigh no more than 25 lbs. Three-dimensional work may not exceed 36 inches in any dimension and must weigh no more than 50 lbs. Hand-delivered and shipped work will be received August 28-31 from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. Return shipments will be shipped by October 12. Artists are encouraged to submit one miniature piece (wall-hung miniatures not exceeding 12 inches on longest side including frame; 3-D miniatures limited to 8 inches on longest side) priced at $150 or less.
