2019 Loveland Art Studio Tour

The Loveland Art Studio Tour is a city-wide, self-guided, walking/driving tour of artists' studios, galleries and collaborations. The tour offers artists the opportunity to build their customer base by demonstrating their skills, educating interested visitors, and welcoming collectors and patrons into their studios and collaborative locations over two weekends in October (October 12-13 and October 19-20, 11am-5pm both days).

Participants may apply as either a single artist or a gallery. Single artists pay a $25 nonrefundable application fee plus an event fee of $150 (early pay by June 15, 2019) or $200 (after June 15, 2019). Galleries pay the application fee plus $325 (early pay by June 15, 2019) or $375 (after June 15, 2019). No payments will be accepted after June 22, 2019. Applicants must submit 3-6 images of their work. All applications go through a jurying process, and jurors' decisions are final and may not be appealed. Notification of application status will be provided by June 6, 2019.

The event provides regional promotion through print ads, postcards, digital ads, social media, and a website with artist links. An 8,000-copy full-color guidebook (approximately 24+ pages) with artist thumbnails and a multi-page map will be distributed throughout Loveland and the Front Range region. Selected artists will have one piece displayed in the Loveland Museum Foote Gallery Preview Show. An Artists' Reception is scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2019, at the Loveland Museum/Gallery. Artists are required to have adequate liability insurance, ensure safe locations with parking available, distribute fifty promotional postcards, and comply with all local, county, state, and federal tax requirements for sales.
