2019 Evendale Fine Arts Exhibit

The Evendale Cultural Arts Center invites artists to submit work for the 2019 Evendale Fine Arts Exhibit, held May 3-6, 2019 at the Evendale Recreation Center, 10500 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH. This exhibit is open to artists 21 and older living or working within a 50 mile radius of Evendale, OH. All fine art disciplines are encouraged, including paintings (oils, acrylic, watercolor, pastels), sketches, etchings, and sculpture. Photography, digital media, painted giclee prints, and reproductions are not permitted. All artwork must be original and created entirely by the artist.

Applications are accepted January 10 through March 10, 2019. Early bird applications submitted by March 3 are $20 for the first image and $5 for each additional image (up to 5 maximum). Applications submitted after March 3 are $30 for the first image and $10 for each additional image. Evendale residents who complete submission by the early bird deadline are free of charge and must email [email protected] for a coupon code. A maximum of five pieces can be submitted; up to three can be accepted. Digital images must be submitted via CallforEntry.org. Notification of accepted artists will be sent by March 18, 2019.

Accepted artwork must be hand-delivered April 30-May 1. Work must be appropriately framed or museum-wrapped canvas, wired for hanging, and weigh less than 20 pounds (36 x 36 inches maximum without special approval). Labels with artist name, title, medium, price, and email must be securely attached to the back or bottom. The exhibit features awards including Best in Show ($500 and a one-person show), 2nd Place ($350), 3rd Place ($200), and three Honorable Mention awards ($50 each).
