2019 CVG Show

Collective Visions Gallery announces the Twelfth Annual CVG Show, a juried art competition for Photo/Digital, Two-Dimensional and Three-Dimensional art. All Washington State artists are invited to submit work. Over $10,000 in cash and purchase prizes will be awarded to winners in several categories.

Eligibility: All artists must be 18 years of age or older and be a resident of Washington State. Entries must be original, entirely the work of the entrant, and executed within the past three years (since 1/1/2015). Work must have been done without the supervision of an instructor. Copies of existing artworks or works solely based on copyrighted artworks are not eligible. A maximum of three entries per artist is permitted. All work must be gallery-ready for display and for sale. Collective Visions Gallery will retain a 33% commission on all sales.

Entry Fee: $45.00 for one to three artworks. Submit 1-6 images of your work. Two-dimensional work may not exceed 8 feet in longest dimension or weigh more than 75 lbs. All 2D works on paper must be under glass or plexiglass. Three-dimensional work must fit within a 4 x 4 x 9 foot space and weigh less than 400 lbs. Hand deliveries accepted January 19 & 20, 2019 (Sat & Sun 1-5 pm). Shipped work accepted January 2-19 (business hours, Wed-Sat). Artists are responsible for shipping charges in both directions and must include a return, pre-paid shipping label. Exhibition opens January 26, 2019 and closes February 23, 2019. Pick up art February 24, 2019 (1-5 pm). A $25 late fee applies for work not picked up on February 24. Juror: Gary Faigin, Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Gage Academy of Art in Seattle.
