About This Call
Las Laguna Gallery presents BotaniK, an exhibition seeking works that explore flowers, plants, trees, leaves, cactus, succulents, and related botanical subjects. All local, national, and international artists—professional and amateur—are welcome to apply.
Accepted media includes Acrylic, Airbrush, Assemblage, Charcoal, Color Pencil, Collage, Digital Art, Drawings, Encaustic, Fiber Art, Graphite, Illustration, Mixed Media, New Media, Oil, Painting, Pastel, Photography (Traditional and Digital), Printmaking, and Watercolor. Jewelry, sculpture, and video are not accepted at this time. There is no size limitation, though works over 60 inches are noted as costly for shipping.
Entry fee is $35 for the first image, with an additional $2.00 media fee for each additional image. Up to 10 images can be submitted. Artist notification is March 11, 2019. Art delivery dates are March 27-31, 2019, with the exhibition running April 4-26, 2019. Gallery split is 65% artist, 35% gallery.
