2018 Loveland Art Studio Tour

The Loveland Art Studio Tour is a city-wide, self-guided, walking/driving tour of artists' studios, galleries and collaborations. The tour offers artists the opportunity to build their customer base by demonstrating their skills, educating interested visitors, and welcoming collectors and patrons into their studios and collaborative locations over two weekends in October.

Participating artists must have a Loveland mailing address and be recognized as a Loveland artist. Artists may participate in one or both weekends (October 13-14 and October 20-21, 11 am - 5 pm). The entry fee is $25 (nonrefundable application fee). Individual artists pay $150 plus the application fee; galleries pay $325 plus the application fee. Payment in full is due June 30, 2018. Applications must be submitted through Call for Entry and will go through a jurying process. Applicants must submit 3 images of their work.

The event provides regional promotion through print ads, postcards, digital ads, and social media; a full-color guidebook with artist thumbnails and maps distributed throughout Loveland and the Front Range region; a preview piece displayed in the Loveland Museum Foote Gallery; an artists' reception on September 20, 2018; and website coverage with personalized artist information. Artists are required to have their location open and staffed during published hours, distribute fifty postcards or rack cards, ensure adequate parking and safe conditions, pick up and return directional signs (with a $15 deposit), and have all necessary licenses for sales. Personal liability insurance is recommended. The application deadline is May 31, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Applicants will be notified of their status by June 6, 2018.
