2018 Landscape Show at Art at the Center

The 2018 Overland Park Art at the Center Landscape Show seeks to showcase land, city, sea, and sky. Images with people are equally welcome as those without. All artists are invited to show their vision of a meaningful vista.

Show dates are September 14 through November 11, 2018. Entry fee is $10 for up to 4 images. Submissions may include 1-4 images, 0-1 audio files, and 0-1 video files. Jurors are Friends of Overland Park Arts. Awards include Best of Show ($500), Second Place ($250), Third Place ($100), and four $25 Choice Awards. Notification of acceptance is June 29, 2018.

Art at the Center is a not-for-profit gallery space offering local, regional, and national artists an opportunity to showcase their work in the heart of Overland Park. All art is for sale unless otherwise noted. A 25% gallery commission and sales taxes apply. Accounts will be settled within 30 days of the exhibition's conclusion. Admission is free. The gallery is closed Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Artwork must be received ready to display and properly framed or presented according to gallery specifications. Framed art must weigh no more than 30 lbs. Hanging wire must be at least 100# weight. The City of Overland Park insures the exhibition against loss and damage. Artists have 10 days to submit written claims with three repair bids. Unclaimed artwork after 45 days will be handled at the city's discretion. Submission indicates acceptance of all exhibition conditions.
