2018 Juried Evendale Photography Exhibit

The Evendale Cultural Arts Center presents the 2018 Juried Evendale Photography Exhibition, taking place October 19-21, 2018. Up to seventy juror-selected photographs will be featured, with cash awards for professional and amateur fine art photographers. A new Student Category is available for entrants under 18.

Photographers (professional and amateur, 18 years or older) living within a 50-mile radius of Evendale are eligible to submit. Special consideration will be given to photographs shot in Evendale. A maximum of five photographs can be submitted. All entries must be original photographs in photographic medium (black and white, color, or experimental). Photos not considered suitable for all ages will not be accepted. Entries are judged in the following categories: Landscape, People, Animals, Floral, and Abstract.

Awards include: Best of Show ($100), 2nd Place ($75), 3rd Place ($50), and Honorable Mentions ($25). The entry fee is $10 per entry, with a $5 discount for students 18 and under using coupon code STUDENT2018. Evendale residents who submit by the October 1 deadline are free of charge. Final prints must be framed and ready to hang with wire (no sawtooth hangers). All accepted entries must be personally delivered to the Evendale Cultural Arts Center, 10500 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45241 on Tuesday, October 16 from 1-7 pm. Digital images must be submitted through CallForEntry.org by the October 1 deadline at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Notification of accepted photos will be sent October 5. Art pickup is available after the exhibit closes or on Monday, October 22 from 1-6 pm.
