2018 Fall Exhibitions & Gallery Roster Opportunity | Greater Los Angeles

Dab Art will review proposals for 2018 Fall group exhibitions at H Gallery. Artists chosen for these group exhibitions will be further evaluated and considered for roster selections. Early applications are encouraged as exhibition considerations will be made prior to the deadlines.

Accepted artwork includes painting, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, functional, digital, photography, installation, mixed media and new genres. Proposals may include multiple disciplines. All work must be original, unsold work, and the artist must own the sole copyright. Frames, mats, and wiring must be professional quality and in good condition. No saw-tooth hangers. 2D artwork selected for exhibition must be ready to hang. Unframed or improperly mounted work will not be accepted. Exhibition lengths will vary from 8 to 10 weeks. Featured artists are invited and encouraged to personally attend receptions. A selected few will be invited for a recorded artist interview and/or panel discussion about their exhibit.

Entry fee is $35.00, with an additional $5.00 media fee for each image beyond the first. Submit 3-20 images. Artists are responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance of artworks. All shipments must include a prepaid UPS or FedEx return label and be shipped in a container suitable for reuse. Work sent through USPS must include a shipping label; USPS stamps will not be accepted. No packing peanuts are permitted. Dab Art retains a 40% commission on all exhibition and website sales. Payment to artists will be provided within 60 days after the exhibit concludes and receipt of full payment from the buyer. Applications are reviewed at the end of each month with notifications sent via email. An optional 15-minute phone consultation is available for $50.00.
