About This Call
Las Laguna Gallery is seeking works from women artists for an exhibition dedicated to the spirit and creativity of all women artists, past and present. This exhibition celebrates women artists throughout history and their contributions to the art world.
All local, national, and international artists, professional and amateur, are welcome to submit. Works in the following media will be considered: Acrylic, Airbrush, Assemblage, Charcoal, Color Pencil, Collage, Digital Art, Drawings, Encaustic, Fiber Arts, Graphite, Illustration, Mixed Media, New Media, Oil, Painting, Pastel, Photography (Traditional and Digital), and Watercolor. Jewelry, sculpture, and video are not accepted for this exhibition.
Entry fee is $35 for the first image and $2 for each additional image. Submissions must include 1-10 images. Artist notification will be February 11, 2017. Delivery of art is February 24-28, 2017. The artist reception is March 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and the exhibition runs March 2-31, 2017. Gallery split is 75% artist, 25% gallery.
