2017 Scott County Art Crawl

The Savage Arts Council presents the eighth annual Scott County Art Crawl on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 10AM–4PM. The Art Crawl is located in Savage, MN at three indoor locations with more than 30 artist booths displaying and selling original paintings, photography, sculpture, jewelry, glass art and more.

Eligibility: Fine art and fine craft artists featuring original handmade artwork. Artists living and/or working in Scott County have priority; artists outside Scott County are accepted based on space availability. Artwork should demonstrate the artist's ability to create one-of-a-kind pieces that art buyers cannot find elsewhere. The Scott County Art Crawl committee reserves the right to decline acceptance of any artwork deemed unsuitable, with fees refunded.

Artist Requirements: Artists must be in attendance at their booth and handle their own displays, set-up, tear-down, artwork sales, and sales tax collection. Submit 3 images (JPEG, 72 ppi, 1920 pixels on longest side, less than 2MB). One image will be selected for marketing materials and social media. An art donation ($25–30 value) is requested and will be promoted on Facebook and web pages. Entry fee before August 15: $60 (nonmembers, includes one-year membership valued at $20) or $40 (members). After August 15: $75 (nonmembers) or $55 (members). Grid rental: $20. ELC location upcharge: $15. All fees due by September 1, 2017. Check-in: Friday, October 13 at 1PM or later, or Saturday, October 14 from 8:30–9:45AM. White grids available for rent; tables provided. Post-show wine reception, dinner, and artist networking included. Artists receive promotion on Savage Arts Council Facebook and web pages, local community newspapers, and water bill inserts to all Savage households.
