2016 Regional High School Art Competition

The Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center invites high school students to participate in the 2016 Regional High School Art Competition. Students may submit 2-D and 3-D artwork, with a maximum of 2 entries per student at $7 per entry. Only one image is permitted for 2-D artwork; two images are permitted for 3-D artwork.

Applications open February 1 and close March 17, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Jury results will be posted March 21. Intake dates are March 28-29, noon to 6 p.m. (contact the center at 248.644.0866 if your school is closed on these dates to arrange alternative intake). Award notification will be sent by email March 30. The exhibition runs April 1-29, 2016, with an opening reception Friday, April 1, 6-8 p.m., College Day Saturday, April 16, 1-4 p.m., and outtake Saturday, April 30, 1-4 p.m. and Monday, May 2, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
