2016 Artists Guild of San Francisco Call for Artists

The Artists Guild of San Francisco is a non-profit outdoor exhibit organization dedicated to helping Bay Area artists expose their artwork to San Francisco visitors and residents with the opportunity for potential sales to support their art careers.

Applicants must submit 6 images. If selected, you will be invited to jury with a panel of existing members, most likely at one of the Guild's shows. There is a $25 fee for applicants chosen to present their work before the panel. Upon acceptance as an initiate member, you can rent a complete set of equipment for the first 6 months at $50 per month and must participate in at least 10 shows over the 6-month period. Show fees for initiates are the same as for full members: $30-$40 per show. This initiate period allows you to determine if the Guild is a good fit before joining as a full member. Show fees and member fees are kept low and based on covering permit fees for San Francisco locations.

You must have an email address, as all group communications are conducted via email. You must also have a vehicle capable of transporting your artwork and the compact show display equipment to the shows.
