2016 Annual Contemporary Art Survey (ACAS)

The Fort Collins Lincoln Center invites visual artists residing in the US to enter the 2016 Annual Contemporary Art Survey, a national juried exhibition with Guest Curator Ray Mark Rinaldi, Fine Arts Critic for the Denver Post. The exhibition is an open call to artists working in all media. Representational, abstract, and conceptual work will be considered.

Entry fee is $35.00 for up to three different artworks per artist in any combination of media, including small installations (up to 12'h x 6'w x 6'd) and video. Each image must reflect one artwork; the remaining three entries are for alternate views of three-dimensional and installation entries (no more than one alternate view per entry). Artists must be 18 years or older with primary residence in the United States. Entries must be original work completed in the past two years (since January 2014) and not previously submitted to Lincoln Center calls for entry.

Awards: $1,750 in cash prizes will be awarded (Grand Prize: $1,000, Second Place: $500, Third Place: $250). Notification to artists: March 11, 2016. Artwork delivery: April 4-8, 2016 (shipped) or April 10, 2016, 9am-12noon (hand delivery). Reception and Awards Presentation: Friday, April 15, 2016, 5:00-7:00 p.m. Exhibition dates: April 15-May 25, 2016. Return of artwork: shipped by Thursday, June 2, 2016. Artists are responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance. Lincoln Center will insure artworks for their insurance value or retail value while on premises.
