2015 International Juried Exhibit

The Center for Contemporary Art invites international artists age 18 and older to submit work for the 2015 International Juried Exhibit. The exhibition will be held November 6 – December 12, 2015, with an opening reception on Friday, November 6th from 6-8 p.m. Juror Margaret O'Reilly, Curator of Fine Art at the New Jersey State Museum, will select works for exhibition.

Submit up to three JPEG digital images (minimum 1920 pixels on longest side, 72 ppi/dpi resolution, 5 MB maximum file size). Entry fee is $35 for up to three entries, or $25 for members of The Center for Contemporary Art and art educators. The submission deadline is Monday, September 7, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Artwork delivery is due Wednesday, October 28, 2015 (2-8 pm in-person or by mail). Accepted work must be available for the duration of the exhibit.

The exhibition consists of two- and three-dimensional work in all media. Wall pieces must be wired for hanging and no larger than 60" X 60". Free-standing pieces may not exceed 32" X 48" X 60" and/or weigh more than 75 lbs. Awards include a Special Exhibitions Committee Award (solo exhibition), First Prize ($500), Second Prize ($250), and Third Prize ($100). All artwork is insured for its declared value from receipt through December 18, 2015. The Center for Contemporary Art receives a 30% commission on all exhibition sales. Artists are responsible for shipping costs and return postage. Artwork may be hand-delivered and picked up during scheduled times, or shipped via Fed-X or DHL.
