2015 Green, Orange County Creatives

This exhibition invites artists from around the world to create work celebrating the color green, from nearly yellow Chartreuse to nearly black Kombu. Artists are encouraged to express themselves in the medium of their choice.

Orange County Creatives Gallery is located in Laguna Beach, a premier art community and bustling tourist destination. Accepted work will be on display August 3-28, 2015, with an opening reception on August 6, 6-9pm. This call is open to all 2-dimensional art forms including painting, drawing, illustration, mixed media, and photography. With reasonable exceptions for photography and digital art, no reproductions will be considered. All art must be wired for hanging. Unframed canvases must be gallery wrapped and wired. All frames must be well constructed and wired for hanging. Artwork must be under 40" on the longest side. The gallery accepts work from early-career artists, students, amateurs, and established artists from around the world.

Entry fee is $35.00 with an additional $5.00 media fee. Applicants must submit 1-5 images. The application deadline is July 15, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. MDT.
