About This Call
Dab Art invites artists from all over the globe to enter their best works for exhibition. All 2D and 3D artists are eligible to apply; audio and video entries will not be accepted. Applicants must submit 3-15 images of their work. Entry fee is $20.00 with an additional $5.00 media fee.
A jury of professional artists will judge artwork based on technical application, originality, and concept. The top three artists will be awarded with cash prizes. Finalists will be invited to show their work in a six-week exhibition. The opening reception is November 15th, 2014 at 6pm, and the exhibition closes December 22nd, 2014. Selected artists will be notified via email on October 24th, 2014. All artwork must be received by November 11th, 2014.
Dab Art's gallery is housed in a vintage, 1930's-era building in Ventura, California, featuring vaulted ceilings and suspended display walls. The gallery attracts art enthusiasts and collectors from Los Angeles to the Central Coast. Dab Art will retain 30% of all sales, and all artwork accepted must be listed for sale.
