1st Annual Holiday Mart

The 1st Annual Holiday Mart, hosted by the Begley Museum Shop of the Evansville Museum of Arts, History and Science, will take place at the Evansville Museum in Evansville, Indiana on December 5-6, 2015. This event is a holiday shopping opportunity offering unique and hand-made items as well as fine art and crafts. Guest admission is the general admission to the Evansville Museum; Museum Members are free. The event will include free family activities and regularly scheduled Koch Immersive Theater shows. Food Trucks will be located in the parking lot.

A Pre-View Party will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015, from 6 pm to 9 pm CST for an exclusive first look at the Holiday Mart's offerings. A Silent Auction of items being featured at the Holiday Mart will take place during the Pre-View Party. Tickets for the Pre-View Party are $25.00. All proceeds go toward the support of the Evansville Museum and the funding of museum educational programs.

Vendors must submit a completed Entry Application with at least 6 images of artwork/products by November 1, 2015. Exhibition Space Fees must be paid in full by November 10, 2015 on a first come, first served basis with no refunds. Space options range from $50 to $125 depending on dimensions and table provisions. Vendors must be present for both the Pre-View Party and the Holiday Mart. Each vendor must donate an item for the Silent Auction. Vendor offerings must be unique, hand-made, craft, fine art, or exclusive items; commercially available, mass manufactured, or resale items are not appropriate. Vendors are responsible for all display materials, installation, clean-up, sales transactions, and handling of their own artwork/products. All vendors must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement.
