About This Call
PJA Magazine invites artists worldwide to participate in the 2025 Open Theme Competition. One standout entry will receive a $1000 cash prize and a feature in the upcoming issue.
Theme: Completely open—interpret freely, without restrictions. All artistic forms are welcomed, including traditional, digital, mixed media, photography, and experimental work.
Submission Requirements: Provide high-resolution images or files of your work along with a concise artist statement (maximum 200 words) that highlights your concept or process. Entry deadline is May 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Entries must be received by April 15 for priority consideration. Entry fee is $25.00. Up to 5 applications are allowed per artist, with 1-8 work samples required per application.
