19th Biennial Joyce Elaine Grant Photography Exhibition

The 19th Biennial Joyce Elaine Grant Photography Exhibition, established in 2001 by Texas Woman's University and the Photographic Artists' Coalition (P.A.C.), provides a national venue for photographers and lens-based, lensless, video, and photo-related artists from the United States. The exhibition is juried by Mazie M. Harris, Assistant Curator in the Department of Photographs at the J. Paul Getty Museum. Exhibition dates are February 24 - March 21, 2025, at the Texas Woman's University East | West Galleries. The juror selects one artist to receive a solo exhibition scheduled during the following JEG Exhibition.

Submissions are open through November 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. MST. Artists may submit 1-5 images for $35 or 1-10 images for $60. All photographic and related processes are encouraged, including digital, video, non-silver, photo and mixed media, and photographic book arts. Submissions must be individual JPGs sized to a minimum of 1200 pixels on the longest side, not exceeding 5MB. Pieces must not exceed 60 inches in any dimension. Accepted artists will be notified by December 9, 2024. Artwork delivery is February 10-14, 2025, and deinstall/return is March 24 - April 2, 2025. Artists are responsible for shipping expenses and must include prepaid return shipping labels. Insurance is the artist's responsibility. All entry fees are non-refundable and considered a donation to the Joyce Elaine Grant Exhibition Endowment, which funds photography scholarships for graduate students in the Division of Visual Arts.
