15th National Photography Competition

The 15th National Photography Competition is open to all US residents 18 years of age or older, excluding fotofoto gallery artists. Any photographic medium including digital and alternative processes will be accepted. The maximum height or width of framed work cannot exceed 24 inches. Free-standing pieces cannot be accepted.

Approximately 30 photographs will be chosen for the exhibition running November 27, 2019 - January 4, 2020. Dan Burkholder will select 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners with cash prizes of $300, $200, and $100 respectively. To ensure the cohesiveness of the exhibition, work should be framed in simple black or white frames with neutral museum quality mats. Shipping information will be provided to selected artists upon completion of the jury process.

Entry fee is $40 for 5 images, with an additional $5 per image for submissions 6-15 (maximum 15 images). All entries must be submitted via the CaFE system. Submission deadline is October 12, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Notifications will be sent October 22, 2019, with framed photographs due by November 16, 2019. The exhibition reception is Saturday, November 30, 2019, 5-7 PM at fotofoto gallery, 14 West Carver St., Huntington, NY 11743.
