About This Call
The Rothko Museum invites artists to apply to the 14th International Latgale Graphic Art Symposium, a vibrant creative forum and the most significant international event in the graphic medium held in the Latgale Region. The symposium is produced by SIVIA Association in the Rothko Museum's residency framework.
Over the years, this dynamic creative platform has brought together more than a hundred graphic artists from almost forty countries. The symposium continues to revitalise the graphic medium in Daugavpils and boost the international profile of Latgale through a range of printmaking activities.
Event Dates: February 23, 2026 - June 8, 2026. Selected artists will receive catering and accommodation in Daugavpils for the symposium duration and studio space. This is an international opportunity open to mixed-media and multi-discipline artists.
