126th Annual Open Juried Exhibition

Any woman artist may submit one original work for jurying. Eligible media include oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, graphics, collage, and mixed media. Giclees, photography, computer-generated images, crafts, work done under instruction, and work derived from published photographs are not eligible. Derivative work of artwork shown in a previous CLWAC Annual Open Juried Exhibition is not eligible. Work by members shown in the Members' Exhibition is eligible.

Artwork including frame must not exceed 42" in width or height. All 2-D work must be framed, wired, and ready for hanging. Gallery wrap is permitted. Plastic glazing is required if metal frames are used and is recommended if work is shipped. Sculptors must submit 2 views (except for wall hangings) and all sculpture must be light enough for one person to handle. Wall-hung work must be equipped with a hanging device. Ceiling-hung works and installation works are not eligible. Sculptors living within 50 miles of Salmagundi Art Club must provide their own pedestals or pay an additional $25 pedestal rental fee.

Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Crop images to include only the artwork itself without matting, frames, or background. Ensure images are oriented correctly and use the sRGB color profile for best results. Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline, and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
