126th Annual Exhibition by Indiana and Ohio Artists

This competition is open to all artists, 18 years of age and over, who presently live in Indiana or Ohio. Works must be original, completed in 2023-2024, and not previously exhibited in the Richmond Art Museum Annual Exhibition. Both 2-D and 3-D works are eligible, including drawing, printmaking, mixed media, painting, photography, fiber arts, clay, jewelry, sculpture, wood and glass. Each artist may submit a maximum of two works. Advanced division artists' works cannot have been executed in class or under supervision of an instructor.

Works must be original art that is maintenance-free and may not exceed 60 inches in any direction, including frame, or exceed 50 pounds in weight. Use flat strap wires only (no saw-tooth or clip frame hangers). Works on paper must be glazed. Accepted works may not be withdrawn by the artist prior to the close of the exhibition.

Entry fees are $30.00 for RAM Members or Students, and $55.00 for Non-Members. Submit high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Crop images to show only the artwork itself without matting, frames, or background. Ensure images are oriented correctly and use the sRGB color profile. Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline of August 23, 2024. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline.
